First one is the standard You Tube Player, it looks pretty much like any other player, except when the play is over the screen shows only the videos you wish for it to show, thus controlling the videos displayed to your site visitors.

This is the multiview player, the second of the custom video player you can put on your own personal website or blog.

First get your own YouTube Account if you don't already have one.

Login with your id to setup your account.
Click on "Account"

Under "My Videos"
Click on "Custom Video Players"

Create Your Video Player, setup your choice of defaults. Now you can use your custom video player on your own website!
